The Power Paradigm with Radiah Rhodes & Dr. Roni Ellington | What Does it Take to Cultivate?

It’s Women’s History Month, and we’re here to acknowledge women in today’s episode. However, we’re not here to celebrate women from the perspective of all that we do and are doing. We’re celebrating women for who we are being in this world and what that power and energy actually brings.

We already know about everything we accomplish and achieve and how to celebrate from that place, but when it comes to simply being, we need to build some acknowledgment. We’ve all heard the analyses that men are the seeds and women are the cultivators and nurturers of that seed, turning it into fruit. But what does it require a woman to be cultivated into for her to produce at her highest level?

Listen in this week to discover what you need in order to stand as your best self. Women are out here killing the game, but the world doesn’t know what we need to keep producing, so we’re taking the conversation away from women being a resource to take from, and instead, we’re deciding what it takes for us to keep cultivating.

If you’re an existing coach, an aspiring coach, or any kind of leader who wants to become more masterful at facilitating a deep and sustained shift within your people, we’re inviting you to apply for our Inner Game Plan Facilitation Certification Program. We’re building an army of game-changers who are going to help flip that switch to living an abundant life, and we want you to be a part of it.
