On social media recently there was a big conversation around if you should be productive right now or if you should be resting. This time is definitely an opportunity, but an opportunity for what?

How do you know what’s for you? Dr. Roni spent the first 2 weeks of this isolation only moving from the bed to the couch. Despite messages telling her to be productive, that wasn’t for her in that moment.

In this episode, we’re talking about figuring out what’s for you and what isn’t. We’re sharing how to anchor yourself in who you are and your values, and not get triggered by what other people are doing. Instead of judging others, give them grace and focus on your own inner game plan.
