Today we’re talking about setting a priority. Notice that word – priority – is singular. We’re talking about focusing on one thing only and the energy + intention that go along with that focus.

A lot of us are running around trying to have a whole list of priorities. But when we try to make everything the center of our attention, then nothing is. Nothing receives the full force of our intention, so nothing reaches its highest potential. Part of the problem is that we think setting one priority means we have to give everything else us. But when we set a single priority, we can actually align all of our effort around that one thing and everything else will improve as a result.

In today’s episode, we are diving deep into this idea of setting a priority and talking about our personal experience. We’ll talk about moving out of the energy of sacrifice and getting used to choosing just one priority.
