What Is Yours to Contribute?

There has been a knee on the collective neck of Black Americans for a long time, and now we’re seeing a growing intensity in the fight for equality. We want to be transparent and authentic about where we’re at; we’re not okay- personally or collectively.

But it’s not just in racial injustices that things are not okay. It’s in our families, our jobs, our internal voices. We have all, in some way, chosen to close our eyes or be tolerable and indifferent to the not okay-ness.

In today’s episode, we’re having a very candid conversation about racial injustice in this country and our individual roles in allowing it to continue. If you’re not protesting, which isn’t for everyone, what is for you? Because whatever is yours to contribute is necessary. And we honor those that are doing whatever is their part in this fight for equality.

What You’ll Learn from this Episode:

  • Why being not okay is the source of being okay.
  • How to embrace the not okay-ness in our culture and our own families.
  • How this time is forcing us to redefine who we are.
  • Why you need to ask what is there for you to contribute first.
  • How to align ourselves energetically with the results we want.
  • How to go from wanting change to committing to change.
