We’ve all heard that saying, “New year, new you.” Now, this excites some people, but it makes some people cynical, like they know it isn’t going to last long. So we thought we’d give our perspective on what this idea of new year new you means to us from the perspective that we hold.
When we hear the sentiment behind, “New you,” it sounds like there’s this idea that we’re going to fix all the things that were problematic last year. We’re going to envision it, and then we’re going to live into it. But this philosophy is missing out so much about the work we do over here, so we’re giving you a different way to think about this in 2022.
If you start out every year thinking you’ve got a clean slate and a new opportunity, you need to tune in this week. This identification of yourself might just be the reason you’re not making it past February with that fitness plan, those business goals, or whatever you’re working towards in 2022. Instead, we’re showing you the work you need to commit to if you want your reality to look any different from 2021.
If you’re an existing coach, an aspiring coach, or any kind of leader who wants to become more masterful at facilitating a deep and sustained shift within your people, we’re inviting you to apply for our Inner Game Plan Facilitation Certification Program.
