So many of our outlets for play and pleasure have been taken away during the pandemic. And for some, pressures from work and home have been compounded. This loss of play can have tremendous effects on our experience of life. 

When you look down at your plate, are you happy with what you see? Have you said yes to things you no longer want, or filled up with too many good things? The loss of play can be just as detrimental as too much of it, so it’s up to you to be conscious of what stays on your plate.
